Our Vision & Mission
To equip an army of FIERCE coaches who will positively impact the lives of female athletes, thus changing the culture of women’s athletics.
OUR PILLARS
FIERCE is an acronym standing for Femininity, Identity, Embodiment, Receptivity, Catholicism, and Encounter. These along with Coach make up the foundation of who we are and what we believe female athletes and coaches are being called to live out.
We want coaches to identify with what it means to be a true FIERCE Coach by learning about and living these six pillars.
FIERCE Coach exists to educate, form, and support coaches. Through the teachings of Christ and His Church, we desire to equip coaches to meet the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of their female athletes.
FIERCE Coach will provide resources to better serve you as coaches, and to uphold the dignity of their FIERCE Athletes. These include elite camps, coach’s clinics and retreats, podcasts, educational content for professional and spiritual development, and other materials.
FIERCE Coach is passionate about promoting True FEMININITY in Sport! We desire to uphold the true dignity and worth of all female athletes. Our GOAL is to equip and strengthen an army of FIERCE coaches who will positively impact the lives of their student-athletes, and therefore, transform the culture of women’s athletics.
